Canfield Brothers Return Policy
Please email us for a return authorization number for all returns.
Canfield Brothers recognizes from time to time your purchase may need to be returned or exchanged for various reasons. Our policy will make this as simple as possible for our online customers; however we do have conditions that must be followed.
We offer refunds for returns made within 10 days after receiving merchandise. After 10 days, we will happily offer an exchange or store credit for our current selling price. All credits are issued within 1-2 business days upon receipt of the product at Canfield Brothers; you will be notified by email of the credit.
All items sold at 40% or more off of the original retail price will be returned for store credit only.
The item(s) must be unused and in new condition with the original packaging. All items returned without original packaging will be refused. Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to Canfield Brothers. Any package that was refused at the time of delivery will be charged shipping back to Canfield Brothers. We do recommend shipping insurance on items being returned as all damage or loss of items during shipping is the responsibility of the customer making the return.
In the event of an exchange, we will make every effort to ship the replacement product the day we receive the product being returned, and notify you of the tracking information for the replacement by email.
